Maracanã may be a football temple, but it’s also visitor-friendly. You’ll find clean, well-marked restrooms near the entrance gates, museum hall, and upper concourses. Water fountains are located beside Gate 2 and in the museum corridor — ideal for quick refills before heading to the stands.
After the tour, stop by the Maracanã Café, right next to the souvenir shop. It’s small but perfect for a quick espresso or a chilled Guaraná before leaving. The official Maracanã store sells jerseys, caps, and collectible memorabilia — including limited-edition Flamengo and Fluminense shirts you won’t find elsewhere.
Accessibility is excellent. The stadium has elevators, ramps, and wide aisles for wheelchair users. If you need assistance, notify staff when you arrive; they’ll make sure you get an easy route around the stands and museum.
